Can you imagine trying to plan for the future
without a reliable source of income?
Neither can we.
Due to the extreme volatility of JALT’s national
organization’s finances, the percentage of our members’
dues that we are allowed to keep has varied wildly from
year to year, from roughly 25% in good years, to much less
than that in many recent years. Understandably, we at the
local level have decided to look for additional sources of
revenue to help us remain active as a chapter.
Whatever contribution you care to make, whether
large or small, can make a big difference in
helping us remain active as an organization.
