Mukogawa Women's University (Nishinomiya, Hyogo) is currently recruiting one part-time instructor, to teach English classes starting in April 2021.

Applicants will be responsible for the courses at the Department of English (School of Letters) and/or the Department of Careers in English Communication (Junior College Division).

The planned classes to teach are Reading and Writing (face-to-face classes).
(first semester) Thursday 3rd & 4th periods
(Second semester) Thursday 3rd & 4th periods
* The schedule (Thursday, 3-4 periods) cannot be changed.

Assistant Language Team teacher for second and third year students:
Taught third-year students written translation. Students did group work translation exercises from Japanese to English on the board. I instructed them to make their translations into native English and taught alternative translations for the same exercises.
Taught second-year students by directing assessment classes, simulated speaking tests, in three parts: reading, answering never seen questions, and reorganizing and explaining one-page texts, all under timed conditions.
Assisted the Japanese English teachers and student’s in English writing.
